Currently working as a Project Draughtsperson for the National theatre, having previously been a freelance project manager in the theatre industry, but with a training in Experimental Physics (with strong crossover into materials science & mechanical engineering). With a side line in set design, construction, and consultancy, please get in touch if you have a project or show you would like to discuss.
I am a level-headed, proven problem solver, with the ability to manage multiple diverse projects concurrently. With project experience from London's largest theatres, to cutting edge science and financial experience spanning petty cash handling, budget tracking, and interrogating £7m accounts. And highly skilled in a range of creative, technical and design disciplines.
As a project manager, as part of diverse and collaborative teams we enhance theatre buildings to maximise their potential. From theatre consultancy to project delivery I have experience throughout the process, ensuring value for money and timely delivery.
As an experimental physics researcher at Imperial College, I had to steer my own research, self-manage and self-guided, with minimal supervision. A combination of new research and facility development, I was heavily involved in setting up two new laboratories, leading the engineering projects for the new Wolfson lab.
If I can escape the city for long enough you'll most likely find me on a boat, usually volunteering with the Rona Sailing Project, a fantastic charity that truly helps young people, who are at the first stage of their lives realise the strengths they have within themselves.
