Profile Summary

Having worked in technical theatre at school, I left to be a police officer and raise a family, but am now back with a new found passion for technical theatre work. I'm an active member of State Street Players, a local amateur dramatics group, where I work behind the scenes on sound and lighting. I also volunteer for my local theatre, where I have worked in the technical crew on live performances in the theatre and at festivals. I am happy and comfortable in all parts of technical theatre, and have no problem pulling my weight building stages, rigging lighting bars or organising lighting plans. I am looking to build on this, and am willing to learn more as I go. My passion is in lighting and lighting design, but this is closely followed by sound.
