If you are a theatre professional entity, you understand that you may not create an account which is intended to impersonate / on behalf of someone, without their permission. Permission is granted between yourself and the user you are planning to base the profile on. Curtain Call will have no involvement within this agreement and cannot be held responsible. Any information you submit must be correct, accurate and relevant. If you submit a user’s profile which is not your own without permission, Curtain Call will suspend your account and services without a refund. If you are creating an account on behalf of someone and have obtained their permission, you must ensure the information is correct, accurate and relevant.
Each User name permits one person to access the password-protected portion of the Site. You agree that you will not share your user name and password with any third party.

You authorise Curtain Call, Ltd to make any inquiries, either directly or through third parties, that we consider necessary to validate your Registration Information.
UK Casting Limited reserves all rights to take legal action against anyone who provides inaccurate, false or incomplete personal information or is otherwise untruthful about their identity, and to suspend or cancel a Membership established using such information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that UK Casting Limited cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information submitted by any User of the Site, including any identity information about any User.

Curtain Call retains the right to reclassify credits without the user’s consent if it is deemed that a credit has been wrongly (either inadvertently or advertently) requested. If Curtain Call believes this is the case, you will receive an email explaining that your credit request has been modified.
If Curtain Call or one of their affiliates / partners observes information you have provided that Curtain Call does not deem to be correct, Curtain Call will contact you with the email connected to your membership.

Membership costs include VAT at the standard rate (20%). This price is displayed at the checkout. Products purchased outside of membership (books, merchandise etc) do not include VAT. Payment for products is made via Stripe Merchant Portal. If there is an issue with your payment method and your payment is not processed, your order will not be processed.
Payment on curtaincallonline.com is made via Stripe. Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard and if applicable, Maestro.
You will be charged annually. Annual payments are made up front. Annual payment methods offer a one month free to cancel period. If an account owner decides to cancel after their one month trial period, there may be a cancellation fee associated. If an annual membership is due for renewal, one month before the renewal date, the account owner will be contacted by Curtain Call who will remind the user of their renewal. If a user would like to continue and renew, Curtain Call will take the annual payment fee as agreed. If a user would not like to renew and this has been stated to Curtain Call, then Curtain Call will not renew the account and no additional payment will be made.
Subscription memberships on curtaincallonline.com currently include a one month free trial. At this stage a non-refundable 1p transaction will take place to verify your card details. This is in order to guarantee payments of the amounts corresponding to the membership services. The confirmation of your bank account ensures that there is no error in your bank account information. This way payments are processed without any problems and you don’t have to face any additional unnecessary fees. Once these have been verified your one month free trial will begin. The repeat subscription will take place on this date one month onwards. The repeat subscription will continue to take payment automatically on this date until you cancel your membership.
For any reason your payment is not successfully made and you do not change your payment method or cancel your membership, we reserve the right to suspend your membership, until a valid method of payment has been made and accepted.
We reserve the right to change our membership and pricing plans from time to time, however, any changes that apply to you will be discussed with you one month prior to the changes taking place.
In the event of the user wanting to cancel their account, they may do so at any point by either choosing ‘Cancel my account’ in their Account settings and following the instructions or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The users subscription would then terminate at their next given renewal date.

We have a variety of delivery charges that covers most UK and worldwide destinations. These are presented on the checkout phase of your order, where you will be made to choose a suitable delivery method. Please note there is no tracking or insurance on international deliveries. In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply. Curtain Call takes no responsibility for these additional shipping charges.
We will always aim to dispatch your order as per your selected delivery option and from receipt of your order. We shall not be liable in any way for losses, damages or expenses (whether direct, indirect or consequential) suffered by you due to delay or any failure to deliver the order to the place and by the date stated by you.
Any order damaged in transit must be reported immediately by signing the delivery note "Damaged on arrival" and returning it to us within 5 working days; any damaged goods must be retained by you for inspection. If the delivery note is signed without the comment “Damaged on arrival” we cannot be held responsible for damages in transit.
You will need to inspect your order immediately on delivery and if there are shortages or any problems at all with the order, you need to notify us within 24hrs after the time of delivery.
Curtain Call is in no way responsible for any delays, errors, damages or export restrictions in shipping including 3rd party or local deliveries. We will make every effort to rectify the situation where feasible.
